Now that I've said hello to the world, it is time to introduce yourself. My name is Mandy Clark, I'm a certified Health Coach & a Yoga Instructor. I've dabbled in many careers, but health has always remained near & dear to my heart. It started when I was taking a nutrition course in college almost 18 years ago (I just aged myself didn't I?!). I absolutely loved the class & I looked forward to going every week - it was also the only class where I actually looked forward to the homework. At the time I was almost done with my bachelor's in Mass Communications so I felt almost like it was too late to pursue anything in Nutrition. I can't say I regret that decision because I look back and know all my decisions led me down some really interesting & fun careers!
Finally in 2021, I decided to pursue the "health thing" again & enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I loved the course work so much that I woke up daily at 5am to study. Crazy right?
Along with having my own business, I work part time at a vet clinic & I do sea turtle surveys in south Florida. Oh, and my biggest & most rewarding job is being a mama to my 4 year-old daughter - on my days off, you can find me walking barefoot in our neighborhood chasing her around.
I strongly believe there is a no "one size fits" all method to health & as a health coach, I will work with you to find what works best for you and your lifestyle. I also don't believe in diets & believe we need to listen to our bodies & give them what they need - we all have to set realistic goals & I am here to help you do that.
